- We do residential buy to let, lettings, deal sourcing for investors, refurbishment joint ventures and property management. We don't do property development.
- Norwich is the patch. We look further afield when an investor's brief calls for it.

What we stand for
More than buying and selling houses
We're building something sustainable: opportunities for investors and landlords, and homes people are genuinely proud to live in. We work with local builders and tradespeople, we believe in giving young people the chance to learn a trade, and we want the business to contribute to the city it works in.
We've no interest in being portrayed as an overnight success, and we'll never promise a guaranteed return. The business has been built through hard work, qualifications, relationships and learning from people with more experience than us, and we take that attitude into every project.
How we work
Research before viewings, writing before money
Every project follows the same four stages: Research, Offer, Overhaul, Fill. ROOF, after the roof in the logo. The research comes first so that nothing gets viewed that doesn't work on paper. The writing comes before the money so that nobody is relying on memory later.
