What this site collects

The enquiry form, which appears at the bottom of every page, asks for your name, an email address or phone number, which of the three you are (investor, landlord or tenant), and a message. That's all. If you ring, WhatsApp or email instead, we have whatever you choose to share that way.

This site doesn't use analytics, doesn't run advertising and doesn't set cookies of its own. The fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party.

Why it's collected and on what basis

To reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. That's the legitimate interest of a business answering people who have asked it to, and, where you go on to work with us, the steps needed before a contract.

Where it goes

The enquiry form is provided by Tally, so what you type is stored on Tally's systems and sent to us. Tally's own privacy policy applies to the form itself. WhatsApp messages are handled under WhatsApp's privacy policy. Your information isn't sold or passed to anyone else for marketing.

How long it's kept

For as long as it's needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, and then for as long as the law requires business records to be kept.

Your rights

You can ask what information Avani Property Ltd holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to it being used. Email the address above. If you're not happy with the answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
