Lettings
Finding the tenant
Advertising the property, doing the viewings, referencing the applicants, drawing up the tenancy agreement and handling the move in. You get a tenant and the paperwork. Then it's yours to run, or we can carry on.
Management
Looking after it
We're the tenant's point of contact. Repairs get reported to us and arranged by us, through builders and tradespeople we know, so you're not dealing with a list of contractors. Issues get sorted before they become expensive problems. You get a monthly statement and a call when there's a decision only you can make. The nine at night call about the heating comes to us, not you.
The fee
Full management is 10% of the monthly rent. Avani Property Ltd is not VAT registered, so there is no VAT on top.
